Title: Sales Manager - Orangetheory Fitness

Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, you'll lead a dynamic team in driving membership sales, exceeding revenue targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. With a passion for health and fitness, along with proven sales expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the Orangetheory Fitness brand and helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Leadership**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive membership growth and increase revenue streams. Lead by example in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales, demonstrating effective sales techniques to the sales team.
- **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and development to optimize individual and team performance. Set clear sales targets and performance goals, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback and support.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and initiatives that align with Orangetheory Fitness' business objectives and market trends. Identify new opportunities for revenue generation and implement innovative sales tactics to maximize results.
- **Lead Generation**: Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, community outreach, and referral programs. Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand the studio's client base and increase brand visibility.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with current and prospective members, understanding their fitness goals, needs, and preferences. Provide personalized recommendations and support to guide them through the membership acquisition process and enhance their overall experience.
- **Sales Performance Analysis**: Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop actionable insights and strategies to optimize sales performance, streamline processes, and drive continuous growth.
- **Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and special offers to stimulate sales activity and drive traffic to the studio. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand standards.
- **Budget Management**: Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum ROI. Track financial performance against sales targets and forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain profitability.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with Orangetheory Fitness policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations related to sales and membership agreements. Generate regular sales reports and updates for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
