**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Growth**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ITF’s market presence. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet growth targets.
- **Client Management**: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Use insights to refine business strategies.
- **Sales Proposals**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with overall company goals.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a related role within the food industry.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of the food production and distribution industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
