L2-l3 Production Support

**Required Skills**:
- Excellent knowledge in Production support with trouble shooting experience as L2-L3 on Front end and Mobile app issues.
- Specialized in creating and scaling app infrastructure in AWS cloud.
- Extensive experience in working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, working effectively with aggressive deadlines and ability to cope under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with aptitude to liaise in Business Terms with Operations Partners as well as with Technical Partners and Management.
- Excellent Interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Highly competent at mentoring team members as well as collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, engineers, and architects.
- Ability to work independently and as well as in a Team environment.
- Proven proficiency in using Angular 9 or above, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS.
- Experience in Banking Mobile app development and enhancements.
- Business Knowledge: An understanding of the Banking and Credit Card Industry
- Experience in Agile methodology using JIRA, AWS, and Akamai.
- Experience in React JS.
**Roles and Responsibility**:
- Understand client requirements, debug, provide estimates and implement the required changes.
- Design mobile-based or browser based reactive features.
- Planning and designing the cloud infrastructure with AWS
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the cloud infrastructure
- Developing new cloud-based solutions8. Independently design and create program code that is structured, easily maintained, and conforms to department standards.
- Comply with development coding standards and processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Analyze and validate computer program specifications, submitting questions or requests for program logic changes in writing.
- Evaluate the scope and impact of a programming change or enhancement on the entire system.
- Maintain all compile jobs, code modules, and screens required to test programs and document requirements to move to production.
- Report to the project lead with articulation and insight on all aspects of the project
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and deliver quality software within aggressive schedules.
- A fast learner with a proven problem-solving ability and mindset, ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship. Must be able to work on complex projects with mínimal guidance. Also, should be flexible to support normal business hours as needed.
