Our HR team is looking for a new colleague

Our super colleague leaves to take on new challenges and it is with a heavy heart, but full of hope that we begin a process to find our new colleague.

As part of the human resources team, your role will be to:

- Participate in the reception and integration of new employees;
- Animate the social committee and participate in the planning of events;
- Support the influence of the employer brand to external to the company;
- Participate in the company's internal and external communication (employee survey, social media, press releases, etc.);
- Develop, coordinate and disseminate internal training and mandates related to employee development;
- Actively participate in activities related to the health and safety, well-being and health of employees;
- Support and participate in the realization of various mandates of the HR team.

Profile sought:

- Diploma relevant to the position (human resources, communication, organizational psychology) and a minimum of 1 to 2 years of direct experience related to the responsibilities of the role and studies deemed relevant to the position;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to exercise discretion and tact in handling confidential situations;
- Excellent time management skills, completing more than one project at a time and setting priorities;
- Dynamism, excellent communication skills, ease in presenting in front of a group and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge and fluency with computer systems;
- French/English 3/5;
- Experience in a highly standardized environment (an asset).
