**Bilingual HR Consultant**

We are looking for a Human Resources consultant with employee relations experience to join our National team and contribute to creating a safe and inclusive work environment aligned with our values.

**What you’ll do here**:

- Key member of the HR team leading and conducting employee related investigations across departments and teams nationally.
- Use a structured methodology to conduct investigations in collaboration with HR team members as required.
- Develop and document process, guidelines and record keeping in line with compliance standards.
- Design and deliver training to people leaders on preventing and addressing respect in the workplace issues plus conflict management.
- Create data and analytics for complaints and litigation cases ensuring investigation consistency, conclusions and next steps.
- Support the Human Resources department by contributing to various projects and process improvement.

**What you bring to the table**:

- University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management with five (5) years of related experience.
- Spoken and written bilingualism (French & English) is required as this is a national role.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple locations in a matrix organization.
- Approach challenges with a can-do attitude.
- Consider yourself agile, challenges the status quo and thrives in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand operational structure and process.
- Ability to observe and understand situations with a high degree of complexity and involving different business process.
- Strong rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Knowledge in many areas of human resources.
- CHRP and/or CHRL designation an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of RBQ and CCQ rules would be an asset.
- Occasional travel required.

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Employee relations: 3 years (preferred)

- Labour Relations: 3 years (preferred)

- working in a multiple-location organization: 1 year (preferred)
- RBQ and CCQ policies: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)
