Sales Administrator

**Job Skills for success**:

- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience is mandatory
- Ability to problem solve, multitask, and prioritize is essential
- Prior use of CDK Drive an asset
- Prior dealership experience preferred
- Photo editing and flyer creation an asset
- College diploma in administration or related field preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Stock all vehicles into our database, create dockets, and create repair orders for pre-delivery inspections
- Maintain all auto and powerhouse inventory prices, creating price sheets where needed
- Track daily Sales traffic and update statistics
- Securing vehicle keys
- Maintain garage registers
- Receipt dealer trade and wholesale cheques
- Update customer database, including privacy preferences
- Welcome customers and business associates to the dealership
- Daily licensing of all sold and trade-in vehicles
- Accept incoming and handle outgoing mail
- Act as backup for the Service department during peak periods, and Service telephone calls and creating appointments
- Monitor levels of certain supplies and order as needed
- Be point of contact for various office machines and troubleshoot as needed
- Co-ordinate various tasks with other departments as needed
- Ad hoc reporting

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 3 years (preferred)
- Reception: 3 years (preferred)
