**Overall function/responsibility**
- Customer Service
- Sales Support
- Supply Chain - Procurement of biologicals

**Main Duties**
- Process customer orders with a high level of speed and accuracy
- Ensure customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Notify customers of shortages and shipment delays
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
- Place purchase orders with biological suppliers
- Submit import documentation to customs broker for customs clearance

**Requirements**:

- Secondary school diploma or greater
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Customer Service principles and best practices
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written, French is an asset
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all work activities
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Working conditions**
- Able to work in a small office with moderate noise level; Monday through Friday from 8:30 am PT to 4:30 pm PT
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within appropriate timeframes
- Highly collaborative role with high level of interaction with cross-functional departments
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours
- Some travel may be required on occasion for training purposes or team events

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
