Precision Parts Specialist

As a Precision Parts Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the early stages of our wall panel production. You will be preparing the wooden parts that are used in the fabrication of our top-quality wall panels. This position is ideal for those who thrive in structured environments and take pride in producing consistently excellent results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cutting & Measuring**: Use industry-standard tools and equipment to cut parts as per specifications.
**Quality Control**: Ensure that each part meets the high standards of Sawback Craft Co. Check for imperfections and ensure measurements are precise.
**Organization**: Systematically organize parts for easy access and efficient assembly later in the production process.
**Routine Maintenance**: Regularly inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the Wall Panel Surface Specialists and Structural Assembly Specialists to ensure smooth transitions between production phases.
**Continuous Improvement**: Actively participate in team meetings, suggesting ways to improve processes and efficiencies.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in woodworking or precision manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with measurement tools and machinery.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Organized, efficient, and able to maintain a steady workflow.
- Ability to work within a set schedule and adapt to changes when necessary.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
