**Job Overview**
Canada's largest 100% Canadian owned Building Maintenance Company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Project Coordinator**. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an **administrative coordination role** is required. This is an exciting opportunity to enter into an established and industry respected company.

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:
The Project Coordinator is tasked with contract monitoring, reporting and key account performance requirements. The duties that are expected of this role:

- Establish and build strong working relationships with team members to ensure the successful delivery of services
- Maintain and monitor client driven calendars for regional activity and quality assurance reporting
- Collect, collate and manage account performance records
- Review, process and evaluate account performance reports and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage and create monthly, quarterly and annual account performance reports
- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization
- Prepare financial reports inclusive of revenue, cost and performance trends
- Coordinate and manage contract documentation and changes with key clients
- Assist with planning client outreach programs and plans
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings as requested

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 years or equivalent experience in information management and project coordination in an administrative environment
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
- Mature, credible and comfortable dealing with company Executives and high level clients
- Well-presented and business like
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Must have professional attitude and exceptional patience
- Exceptional knowledge and ability in Google Suite Software AND Microsoft Office Suite including the ability to create professional graphs and charts to communicate trends and demonstrate data trends.
- Strong communication and analytical ability with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated sound decision making skills involving the use of considerable ingenuity, initiative, judgement and resourcefulness

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
