**The role we are offering you**:
As part of the digital implementation team, your role will focus on change management with our suppliers. As we continue to increase our collaboration through digital enhancements, we need to find agile and innovative ways to bring our suppliers on the journey.

The person will need to show strong collaboration and engage with CAE sites globally to help drive the systems implementations with the rest of the digital evolution team. With each wave of deployment, we will have lessons learned, reassess our approach and improve upon our delivery.

- Engage with suppliers to help them onboard to the digital exchange platform
- Drive change management with the wider procurement organization to affect supplier adoption
- Identify root causes, and suggest improvements to our approach, to our processes and ways of working to increase our efficiency and efficacy
- Understand and improve upon the supplier onboarding process, and always keep the user experience central to all we do
- Is actively involved in the definition of the digital roadmap, and engages externally in understanding emerging technologies that can help propel CAE into the digital age
- Analyses supplier onboarding and supplier compliance data to suggest improvements to our approach and leads improvement activities
- Conducts online information and training sessions for suppliers who are onboarding to the collaboration portal, and assure a continued support post-training
- Explores technologies that can help the team onboard and sustain a level of support through chatbots and interactive trainings
- As needed, will lead user acceptance testing and may be asked to participate to testing
- Post-secondary education in procurement, data sciences or computer sciences
- 3 to 5 years of experience with procurement systems, ideally at a global level
- Experience in sourcing and procurement, and an understanding of the source-to-pay process
- Experience with Ariba preferred but not necessary
- Project management experience an asset, but not necessary
