- Zoetis Canada is looking for a talented **Product Specialist **responsible for the commercial and technical operational plan for the client communications service, iRecall ©. The role owns the development and implementation of the IRecall© solution in market with consideration for both the commercial development of the product and technical requirements to support the service.

The role will develop the commercial model and contribute to marketing plans to deliver appropriate impact, product positioning, market growth and profitability. The activities they undertake will support Virtual Recall's expansion into Canada.

Further responsibilities include:

- Coordinate the implementation of the iRecall service in Canada, working with cross functional teams to deliver the service on schedule.
- Support the yearly quarterly & forecasting process and conduct monthly forecast meetings with the Virtual Recall support team.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance and training to sales teams to ensure all promotional materials, events and PR support marketing priorities and objectives for each product and campaign
- Create campaigns that allow marketing messages and product information to be easily translatable into the context of the Solution Selling model
- Develop mutually beneficial and productive partnerships with product stakeholders with a common goal of maximizing commerciality of their products and Virtual Recall services
- Maintain high standards of business conduct and compliance, adhering particularly to Pharmacovigilance Policy, Global vet Policy, Zoetis values, travel & expenses policy and local codes of practice
- Actively engage with Virtual Recall support team and leadership.
- Communicate and co-ordinate global Virtual Recall initiatives for the Canadian market.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Project management and Marketing professional qualifications, desirable
- A strong interest in and significant experience working with digital technology
- A scientific background; experience of or interest in science
- Experience in the animal health field, desirable
- IT literate and enthusiast with experience in marketing software and web/HTML design tools
- Commercially minded with financial acumen
- Strategic, innovative and analytical thinker
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and presentation skills.
- English/French bilingualism

- Fournir un soutien, des conseils et une formation continue aux équipes de vente pour s'assurer que tous les supports promotionnels, les événements et les relations publiques soutiennent les priorités et les objectifs marketing de chaque produit et campagne
- Créer des campagnes qui permettent aux messages marketing et aux informations sur les produits d'être facilement traduisibles dans le contexte du modèle de vente de solutions
- Développer des partenariats mutuellement bénéfiques et productifs avec les parties prenantes du produit dans le but commun de maximiser la commercialité de leurs produits et des services de Virtual Recall
- Maintenir des normes élevées de conduite commerciale et de conformité, en adhérant en particulier à la politique de pharmacovigilance, à la politique vétérinaire mondiale, aux valeurs de Zoetis, à la politique de voyage et de dépenses et aux codes de pratique locaux
- S'engager activement avec l'équipe de soutien et la direction de Virtual Recall
- Communiquer et coordonner les initiatives mondiales de rappel virtuel pour le marché canadien
