**Your Responsibilities**
- You can take an idea and run with it. You are comfortable developing and executing insight-driven programs tailored by channel and retail partner but can also think big and execute on a corporate or national scale
- You love the art of communication. You excel in written and verbal communication. You can think on your feet and love the opportunity to present your ideas
- You enjoy the challenge of determining results of a program through different lenses and analyses to show fact-based ROI
- You live for project management, organization and schedules. Process and status charts excite you. You love tracking multiple project progression and know how to keep things moving forward
- You are an idea person. You know your way around a marketing plan and strive for innovation and continuous improvement
- You are a leader and you also love teamwork You know the importance of networking and feel comfortable sitting at the table with all levels of the organization and also how to foster strong relationships with other CPG companies, retail partners and trade at-large

- You are a social butterfly and enjoy being part of a strategic team that partners with many of the top retailers in Canada and can travel within Canada and the US as needed (2-5 times per year)

**Your Required Skills & Competencies**
- University degree in Marketing or Business
- 5+ years professional experience in corporate or agency environment (CPG is a definite asset)
- You are fully bilingual (English and French) - asset
- You thrive in a hybrid working model and appreciate the benefit that both in-office and remote work brings to your career development
- You are superbly organized, energetic, self-motivated and results oriented with a clear focus on high performance and getting the job done
- Expert communication skills. You are awesome at crafting campaigns and you are also comfortable presenting ideas and concepts at all-levels of the team
- You know how to network and have experience with the Canadian Retail Industry and/or CPG
- You are a marketing nerd. You get inspired by conferences and know the value of keeping on top of industry trends. You spend time walking stores and are up on the changing landscape of retail in Canada. You have an understanding of Canadian promotional regulations and requirements including the Regis. You’ve worked with clearing houses and are a whiz at coupon copy and fine print
- Deadlines don’t stress you out. Superb time management skills are just part of your bag of tricks and multi-tasking is the norm for you
- You can sort through data from a variety of resources and convert the findings into a killer report with clear and accurate metrics and ROI
- You have a keen eye for attention to detail and project accuracy. Timely follow-up is just part of your everyday work ethic
- You are positive, fun and more than capable of working independently and within a dynamic team
- You are well-versed on a MAC or PC and use Microsoft Office with a high proficiency
