Childcare Support Worker

The Tree House Children’s Centre is hiring a part time Support Worker to work with school-aged children with complex needs. Duties will include one-on-one support, support through transitions, engaging in play, and fostering friendships.
This position will start April 2nd, 2024, however, observational shifts beforehand are preferred. The hours are: Monday-Friday, 2:05-4:20. This position is providing classroom support and/or one-on-one support for a child in Kindergarten.
Additional hours on pro-d-days, spring break, and summer break.
Qualifications for this position include:
*Experience with children with complex needs is an asset
*Current First Aid certificate is an asset
- Responsible Adult Certificate or equivalent an asset
Requirements for this position include:
*Successful Criminal Record Check
