- Days, 8 hour shifts (08:00-16:00).- For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change.

**Basic Requirements**:

- High school diploma;
- Six (6) months recent administrative experience in a computerized finance environment;
- Knowledge and proven understanding of finance functions and processes, within a unionized environment;
- Knowledge of basic math required to complete financial responsibilities;
- Strong client focus and ability to find and use resources effectively;
- Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with staff and general public - excellent customer service skills and exceptional telephone etiquette;
- Highly developed analytical, problem solving, judgement, and decision making skills required to deal with unexpected situations or issues;
- Excellent written communication, proof-reading, and editing skills required to draft or generate correspondence or documents as related to activity/ special projects;
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt quickly to changing necessities of the department;
- Ability to work under challenging timelines to meet various deadlines in an unpredictable environment;
- Ability to take initiative and work independently or with a team, with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work with a high level of face-to-face contact with a diverse population in a confidential setting;
- Must be able to lift and move boxes and other items weighing up to approximately 20 pounds;
- Advanced knowledge of a Windows environment such as specific skills in word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail, and Sharepoint, and information systems including HRIS;
- Data Entry (4000 kph);
- Intermediate Word;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Intermediate Power Point;
- Knowledge of, and ability to adhere to, Hospital/ Departmental policies and procedures;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).

Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English-speaking clients
