Reporting into the Customer Engagement Team Lead, you will directly oversee the SureCall Support team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to CE Manager, Assistant Manager, and Team Lead on any SureCall Support Agent’s areas of strengths and/or weaknesses; work with the CE Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Lead, and Agent to improve on said weaknesses
- Review the LiveChat and Support inbox to pick out any consistent errors/points of improvement for SureCall and/or any Agents in particular
- Review daily “scammer” and “withdrawal” reports from other departments to note accounts accordingly and identify any patterns of potential concern
- Respond to reviews on behalf of BET99 on sites such as TrustPilot, Reddit, etc
- Be available to work on any projects or tasks assigned by the CE Manager, Team Lead, or Head of CE

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years' work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of sports, online betting, or gaming is preferred
