**You as a Development Manager, Affordable Housing will**:
Manage the advancement of projects through all phases of the development & approval cycles (feasibility & due diligence, master planning & rezoning, schematic design & SPA, design development, construction, and delivery)
Manage the procurement of all technical consultants required for each phase
Responsible for the design development of each project, through managing and directing all consultants & construction partners through all phases
Responsible for timely and accurate project, design, & budget updates to all stakeholders
Responsible for all pertinent information regarding the project(s) being provided to all team members in a clear & prompt fashion
Lead & conduct presentations related to the technical aspects of project(s) throughout all stages
Review and assist financial advisory team on pro-forma financial analysis, including managing preliminary budgeting & cash flows
Manage the preparation of necessary legal documents through all phases, including commercial and legal documents such as partnership contracts, leases, zoning by-laws and municipal agreements
Oversee construction management team during project construction & delivery

Self-starter comfortable creating/informing new templates & processes
Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
