Job Title: Quartz Countertop Fabricator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Fabricate quartz countertops according to specifications and drawings provided.

2. Operate saws to cut quartz slabs to the required size and shape.

3. Utilize polishers to refine edges and surfaces of countertops to achieve a smooth finish.

4. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.

5. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.

6. Assist with loading and unloading quartz slabs using a forklift.

7. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.

8. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow efficiency.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a quartz countertop fabricator or similar role.

2. Proficiency in operating polishers and saws to fabricate and finish quartz countertops.

3. Valid forklift operator certification with demonstrated experience in forklift operation.

4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

5. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

6. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.

9. Effective communication skills.

10. Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.

**Salary**: $29.00-$34.00 per hour
