**Overview**:
**As a Granite/Quartz Polisher, you will utilize your unique skill set to grind, sand or polish a variety of natural and engineered stone surfaces using hand tools or hand-held power tools to produce finished countertops for our valued customers.**

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience operating tools to sand or polish stone IS MUST.**:

- **Strong attention to detail with a focus on superior quality artisanship**:

- **Self-starter with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced work environment**:

- **Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must**:

- **Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines with mínimal supervision**:

- **Previous manufacturing environment experience is an asset**:

- **Able to work overtime as required to maintain production schedules**:

- **Always willing to learn**:

- **Provide feedback to management and other team members regarding process improvements**:

- **Able to stand for prolonged periods of time and manually lift stone pieces**:

- **Experience working in the industry is an asset but not required**

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
