Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities for the facility
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Manage projects related to facility maintenance and improvement

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance operations
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and troubleshooting
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated leadership skills to supervise a team of maintenance personnel
- Experience working with a CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of electrical systems and repairs is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills

**Salary**: $16.96-$25.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
