**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the team
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, and underwriters to gather necessary information
- Utilize accounting principles to analyze financial documents and assess applicants' financial viability
- Verify income, assets, and liabilities to determine eligibility and affordibility
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, buisness administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of Canadian work experience in mortgage administration or related financial field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficiency in specific softwares such as Microsoft Office Word and Excel as well as other mortgage management software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Detail-orientated with exceptional orginazatonal and problem-solving skills
- Driving is a MUST to be able to reliably commute to the office
