We are looking for a diligent, highly motivated Building/Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Building/Maintenance Worker at Blackstone, you will be responsible for maintaining building operations at peak efficiency and developing positive client relationships at various Blackstone managed properties. You will ensure the proper maintenance of Red Deer and surrounding area portfolio.
- Snow removal
- Litter pickup
- Handyman repairs; painting, replace door knobs, flooring, etc.
- Communicate with trades and obtain quotes for work projects
- Respond to tenant repair requests

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Time management
- Ability to work alone
- Reliable
- Problem solve and be resourceful
- Good communication skills
- Construction knowledge
- Trade ticket is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract with access to a reliable vehicle
- Clean criminal background
