**Job Summary**
Documentation and process Improvement Specialist/ Technical Writer
We're looking for a Technical Writer to author, edit, and review product documentation. In this role, you’ll work with internal resources, interview software developers, and attend engineering meetings to gather, write, and publish technical information for our varied audiences. You’ll produce a variety of top-quality learning materials such as technical documentation, infographics, screenshot markups, knowledge articles, support scripts and training videos.

You have strong writing skills, the ability to synthesize technical content from an SME and create training materials that clearly explain the topic/task to end users based on their persona. - Maintain our internal documentation SharePoint, assist with solving issues presented by customers and internal teams.
- Create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, website and blogs, support related documentations, and in-product help documentation.
- Create process cross functional diagrams for process implementation and governance to be used by various departments not limited to technical but business process and practices as well.
- Test both the product and its documentation for accuracy and consistency.
- Adapt rapidly to a changing industry and be able to adjust responsibilities, time, and objectives accordingly.
- Identify problem areas or structural deficiencies and proactively contribute to their improvement.
- Help create & use of a content management system (CMS) to manage the lifecycle of technical documentation including draft, review, and publish phases.
- Develop and implement Signifi’s Knowledge Base as a central documentation library that shall be leveraged by our department and group to centrally store and main the organization documentation.
- Regular communication and synchronization with the Leadership and management.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in English, Communication, or Journalism.
- 3- 5 years experience working as a Technical Writer or in related job role.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex content.
- Strong technical aptitude-ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Expertise in process writing and Visio diagrams
- Ability to write clearly and succinctly for multiple audiences using either formal or more casual tones.
- Excellent work ethic and strong intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task.
- Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes.
- Experience creating infographics to more clearly communicate workflow processes and abstract topics.
- Track record of effective collaboration.
Prior experience working within an ISO 9001 or ITIL managed company or similar process driven enterprise
Experience writing and documenting end to end processes across multiple domain areas
Experience with process design, modelling and documentation (process orchestration and flow diagrams, RACI, swimlanes, data and information flow modelling)
Experience with cadence or governance accountabilities across domain areas
Training experience and understanding of individual learning styles and delivery methods
Group facilitation and consensus building experience
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to changes in process, learn new concepts and technology and exhibit personal ownership of tasks and deliverables
Ability to work with ambiguity to complete and design process from initial ideation and framework discussions and source materials
Attention to detail with the ability to manage, review and correct non-conformity in process and facilitate audit reviews of process compliance
