Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team at Master Mechanic High Park. As a Service Advisor, you will be a point of contact for customers who require automotive repair and maintenance services. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring that all customer needs are met.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues
- Review vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Generate accurate service estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Process payments and handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all service transactions
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or related position
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer software systems for service scheduling and invoicing

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
