**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the campaign delivery process, ensuring all elements are on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operation and alignment of campaign objectives.
- Manage campaign timelines, resources, and logistics, addressing any issues that arise during execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and provide comprehensive reports on effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in campaign coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Committed to environmental conservation and passionate about making a difference.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign coordination,
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
- Effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with teams and manage external partnerships.

**Work Conditions**:

- Permanent, full-time at 37.5 hours per week. Overtime as required.
- Location: Head Office in Ottawa, ON with hybrid flexibility to work from home two consecutive days per week.
- Manual dexterity required to operate computer and peripherals.
- Usually works independently with frequent team check-ins and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Interacts with employees, and various management levels.
