In your role, you will:

- Work on various mandates relating to all aspects of Labour & Employment Law in Quebec, Ontario and internationally (Europe, Asia, UAE).
- Advise and provide legal support to internal clients on matters and projects relating to Labour relations, relations with employees, recruitment and hiring, human rights, compliance and employment standards, investigations, and employee data privacy.
- Represent Bombardier in mediations, arbitrations, and other hearings.
- Reviewing and drafting of employment contracts, policies, agreements, and other documents.
- Management of legal cases with external lawyers.
- Participate in the development of tools and training for internal clients.
- Travel outside the province and/or the country may be required.

**Qualifications**
- You have between three (3) to seven (7) years of relevant experience as a legal advisor in a law firm or in a company, including in representations before tribunals.
- You are a member of the Quebec Bar.
- You have legal experience in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
- You have an excellent knowledge of English and French, both spoken and written, given our international presence.
- You have a good business acumen.
- Diploma in Common Law would be an asset.
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety would be an asset.
- You have strong communication skills and can easily develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
- You have the ability to work in a dynamic environment, independently and managing multiple priorities.
- You are a team player.
