**We are a food delivery and logistics company and we are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our growing team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service duties
- Answer the phone system
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Communicate with store teams and provide updates on delivery drivers and order status
- Provide support to the route planning and delivery team in real time
- Supporting the management team with assigned duties
- Process and ensure accuracy of customer payments
- Participate in the efforts to keep a clean working environment
- Manage orders for a Shopify website.

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office setting or customer service role an asset
- Administrative experience with Shopify/ZenDesk ecommerce platform
- Dependable and highly organized (attention to detail is critical)
- Maturity, discretion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Technologically literate with strong computer skills including familiarity with Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects at once. Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Ability to follow directions

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

French not required

Schedule: Day Shift - Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
