Full Charge Bookkeeper/office Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and accounting functions of the company. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance tax and regulatory agencies.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial management and accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and that financial reports are prepared in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and best practices.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax, payroll, and corporate taxes.
- Manage licensed accounts for different partner institutions.
- Some formal training in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Strong proficiency in **QuickBooks **and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a small business or startup environment is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time
