**Job Summary**

The schedule for this position requires the incumbent to work evenings and weekends.

**What you will do**
- Researches and develops plans for identifying target markets for assigned areas to meet enrollment objectives.
- Plans and coordinates large recruitment events including logistics, itineraries, and budgets.
- Develops, prepares and delivers recruitment presentations to potential enrollees at recruitment activities, fairs, events, and other outreach opportunities.
- Analyzes data and prepares reports on recruitment efforts and progress on meeting enrollment objectives.
- Other duties as required in support of the department and/or unit.

**Required Education**
- Four-Year Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

**Required Experience**
- More than 3 years and up to and including 5 years of experience.
- Experience working with Indigenous groups considered an asset.
- Experience developing, coordinating and producing promotional and marketing material
considered an asset.

**Required Licenses and Certifications**
- G Driver's Licence required.
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required.

Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.
