AutoCapital Canada Inc. is part of privately-owned Canadian national financial services company with multiple verticals across automotive, consumer, and merchant lending portfolios. We manage the entire lifecycle of the finance receivable from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management and post charge-off recoveries. We work with Automobile Dealer Partners to help clients finance the purchase of new and used vehicles.
**What your day and week could look like**
Working in partnership with the Credit and Funding teams, the District Manager plays an essential role in achieving increased revenue and market share by promoting AutoCapital Canada’s non-prime and prime auto financing offerings to dealers in the **Greater Vancouver Area**. This includes:
- Strengthening and promoting strong business relationships with dealer Financial Services Managers, Sales Managers, and Owners to through calls, in person visits, and video meetings.
- Corresponding regularly with dealers regarding lending requirements and programs.
- Identifying client needs and opportunities resulting in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Providing timely and effective problem resolution and escalating customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring, understanding, and using daily performance reports and Salesforce dashboards to deliver on targets.
- Setting targets, developing, implementing, reviewing, and revising quarterly plans in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales.
- Consistently updating the Salesforce platform to reflect dealer relationship status.
- Working together with sales, credit, and funding teams to share best practices and grow the business.
**How you bring your passion for success**:
- One or more years of experience in indirect automotive or consumer lending.
- Relevant sales experience in financial services and/or experience as a credit analyst is a benefit.
- Knowledge and/or relationships in the auto finance industry is an asset.
- Accomplished at relating to individuals within all levels of dealer management.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and team targets.
- Self-motivation and personal accountability towards productivity and target achievement.
- A work-oriented focus during business hours within a home-office.
- Able to drive results with a ratio of 40% in-person dealer visits and 60% using approaches from your home office.
- Upbeat and results-oriented team contributions.
- Dedication to combined team and personal success.
- Must reside in the territory, preferably in Moncton, Fredericton, or St. John.
- Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Fluent ability to write and speak business information in English; French is a plus.
- Familiarity and ease in working with online platforms and Microsoft Office i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Motivation and drive towards continuous learning and growth within your role and the company.
