We are looking for a Part Time Administrative Secretary who can be responsible of the following duties: (MUST include Resume and cover letter)
1. Reception & Clerical Administrative Services
2. Sunday publications such as bulletins, media announcements (including website updates), and chorus sheets

Essential skills are:
1. Fluency in spoken & written English
2. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
3. Accuracy and attention to detail; creativity
4. Computer literacy (knowledge on Mac programs & Microsoft Office programs)
5. Knowledge on accounting work and ability to work with Quickbooks is a bonus

Above all, this important role requires an individual who loves Jesus Christ and has a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
