Hey, want to be a part of the family? East Side Mario’s is looking for a Line Cook at our Waterloo location. We are looking for someone with a reliable mode of transportation who is able to work a variety of shifts between 9:00am and 11:00pm. We are hopeful and planning on a starting date of middle to late June.

What you will do:

- Ensure the quality of food is outstanding each and every time and items are produced quickly and efficiently with pride and close attention to detail
- Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state
- Restock any low items during the shift
- Perform all opening and closing assignments as instructed - Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program

What we are looking for:

- Bonus points for previous experience cooking and handling food in a high-volume casual dining restaurant
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift items of up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible shifts

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
