**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple teams.
- Ensure the organization + management of documents + various schedules.
- Assist in the planning + coordination of logistics, including shipping + travel arrangements.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
- Support team initiatives + company-wide projects, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
- Strong verbal + written communication abilities.
- High-level organizational + multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple requests + prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a virtual work environment + working with a diverse team.
- Proficiency with Salesforce + Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license + passport/Nexus preferred.
- Experience with AI tools or willingness to learn
