**PRICING ANALYST - 3PL**

As a Pricing Analyst you’ll help us grow our reputation with trucking companies (known as carriers) across North America. It’s all about finding the right truck for the right shipment at the right time for the right price. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with your carriers will help grow their business and your career.

**You Are**
- On a path of building a career in Logistics and have at least one year of 3PL experience
- An attentive multitasker who is comfortable working independently through unpredictable and often conflicting priorities

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Maintain constant communication with carriers by handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships, ensuring a consistent and reliable network of transportation providers
- Monitor carrier performance and maintain accurate carrier profiles, contracts, and other carrier specific documentation
- Continuously analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, and opportunities to accurately secure carriers at the most competitive rates
- Prepare RFQ submissions and assist the Sales team in structuring various deal types from pricing stage to contract signing for new logos and renewals while continuously improving our bid-win ratio

**To Succeed You’ll**
- Develop Triangle’s reputation as a broker-of-choice for carriers across several transportation lanes in North America
- Lead carrier relations and establish partnerships for acquisition of new business
- Maintain at least a 20% bid-win ratio for both Spot and Dedicated new business across several verticals
