Nous recherchons un généraliste RH hautement qualifié et motivé, spécialisé dans le recrutement, pour rejoindre notre équipe et jouer un rôle essentiel dans la recherche, l'attraction et la rétention des meilleurs talents afin de soutenir nos initiatives de croissance.
En tant que généraliste RH, vous serez chargé de diriger nos efforts de recrutement, en vous concentrant principalement sur l'identification et l'acquisition de talents pour divers rôles au sein de notre organisation, en mettant fortement l'accent sur les besoins en personnel pour la réouverture de notre site de production, tant pour les salariés que pour les employés syndiqués. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les responsables afin de les guider et de les aider à gérer les tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes en matière de ressources humaines. Ce rôle sera essentiel pour répondre aux besoins de notre main-d'œuvre et maintenir des relations positives avec les employés.As part of our expansion plan, we are in the process of reopening our production facility, which will mark a significant milestone in our journey towards excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Generalist with a specialization in recruitment to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent to support our growth initiatives.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, focusing primarily on identifying and acquiring talent for various roles within our organization, with a heavy emphasis on staffing needs for the reopening of our production facility for both salaried and unionized employee bases. You will collaborate closely with managers to provide guidance and support in managing day to day HR Operational tasks. This role will be key in supporting our workforce needs and maintaining positive employee relations.
**Responsabilités**:
- Élaborer des stratégies de recrutement globales alignées sur les objectifs de l'organisation, en tenant compte des besoins spécifiques en personnel pour la réouverture de notre site de production, tout en prenant en considération les exigences uniques des postes salariés et syndiqués.
- Suivre les paramètres de recrutement pour les postes salariés et syndiqués, analyser les données pour évaluer l'efficacité des stratégies de recrutement et fournir des rapports réguliers aux parties prenantes.
- Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux employés et à la direction en ce qui concerne les demandes et les problèmes liés aux ressources humaines.
- Fournir un soutien administratif à l'équipe des ressources humaines, notamment en ce qui concerne l'intégration, l'orientation et la désinsertion, les communications, les questions générales relatives aux ressources humaines, etc.
- Aider au respect des politiques, procédures et programmes RH sur site pour le client Canada PT.
- Coordonner les initiatives d'engagement des employés et les programmes de reconnaissance.
- Mener des entretiens de départ et analyser les tendances du chiffre d'affaires afin d'identifier les domaines à améliorer.
- Maintenir des dossiers et des bases de données RH exacts, en veillant à l'intégrité et à la confidentialité des données.
- Prendre en charge la paie et les demandes de renseignements au niveau local, ainsi que d'autres transactions RH, de manière précise et dans les délais impartis.
- Soutenir les initiatives de développement du personnel, y compris la formation et la gestion des performances.
- Contribuer à répondre aux préoccupations et aux griefs des employés conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise et aux accords syndicaux.
- Conformité : Veiller au respect de l'ensemble des lois et règlements en matière d'emploi et des politiques de l'entreprise tout au long du processus de recrutement.
- Développer des partenariats de stage avec différentes institutions.
- Participer à d'autres projets ou initiatives spéciaux en matière de ressources humaines, selon les besoins.
**Qualifications**:
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience professionnelle équivalente).
- Expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans) en tant que spécialiste du recrutement ou dans une fonction similaire, axée sur le recrutement de gros volumes, de préférence dans un environnement de fabrication ou de production, avec une bonne compréhension des processus de recrutement des salariés et des employés syndiqués.
- Une bonne connaissance des conventions collectives et une expérience de la négociation avec des représentants syndicaux sont vivement souhaitées.
