This MODERN OPEN CONCEPT and SPA-LIKE MEDICAL CLINIC in the DOWNTOWN core is looking for a Pediatrician to join our rapidly growing team.

The clinic is professionally designed by a physician to enhance efficiency and promote a pleasant work environment with STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY, full EMR (ACCURO) and offers a competitive split.

Our team of family physicians will be able to generate internal referrals for you.

We have an on-site lab and pharmacy and well-trained, very efficient staff.

Hours and days are flexible. Clinic is open Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm

Short walk to Union station

**Duties**:

- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, from newborns to adolescents
- Conduct physical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat various medical conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments as necessary
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on preventive care, nutrition, and overall wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario medical license to practice as a pediatrician
- Strong knowledge of pediatric medicine, including current best practices and guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments
