Sales Support Quoting Administrator

**The Sales Support Quoting Administrator is responsible to support Sales and Sales Channel partners in quotations and contract administrative activities.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare price quotations and responses to Sales, Sales Channels
- Provide Assistance to Request for Proposal team and Contract Management
- Provide contract administration functions including management and maintenance of ERP data

**Duties / Deliverables**:

- Request and track deliverables from other departments required for customer quotes and requests
- Prepare price quotations using documents design and price guidelines
- Coordination and distribution of Sales documentation including Sales guidelines, pricelists, sales support documents
- Assist with contract management activities and provide overflow and backup as required in preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI)
- Capture and update accurate and complete information in ERP system
- Participate in sales planning meetings as required

**Skills / Qualifications**:

- Must have basic knowledge of pricing and sales procedures
- Technical courses or background with knowledge of networking desirable
- Excellent customer service and communications skills in English (written, spoken), French considered an asset
- Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel and keyboard skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Experience in the Emergency Services / 911 Industry would be an asset

Administrateur(rice) des cotations - soutien aux ventes

**L’administateur(rice) des cotations - soutien aux ventes est responsable de soutenir **l’équipe de vente et les partenaires dans la préparation des cotations et l’administration de contrats.**

**Responsabilités primaires**:

- Préparer les cotations et les réponses pour l’équipe de vente et les canaux de vente;
- Appuyer l’équipe de de gestion de soumissions et de contrat;
- Responsable de fonctions administratives des contrats incluant l’entretien des données du système d’aide à la décision (SAD ou ERP).

**Fonctions et tâches**:

- Répondre correctement et à temps aux requêtes courriels, téléphoniques et de télécopieur provenant des canaux d’entreprises et de clients en égard de demande de prix et d’information;
- Obtenir et suivre les livrables des départements impliqués pour répondre aux cotations et requête de clients;
- Préparer les propositions de prix en utilisant les gabarits de documents et les directives sur les prix;
- Coordonner et effectuer l’envoi de documentations commerciales, notamment les directives de ventes, liste de prix, documents de soutien;
- Impliquer dans certaines fonctions de la gestion de contrat et au besoin venir en soutien lors de surplus de demandes de propositions et de requêtes d’information;
- Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires de planification des ventes.

**Aptitudes et compétences**:

- Compréhension de base des cotations de prix et des procédures de ventes;
- Formation technique ou expérience équivalente dont la connaissance de réseaux;
- Excellentes aptitudes de service à la clientèle et de communication en anglais tant écrit que verbal et en français serait un grand atout;
- Habile utilisateur de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement sur Excel;
- Bonnes aptitudes organisationnelles et de gestion du temps;
- Expérience directe dans le secteur de services d’urgence 911 serait un atout important.
