**Building Facility Coordinator** - Reporting directly to the Secretary and Treasurer, and the Building Committee of the Acton Agricultural Society. The building facility coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities:

- Maintaining professional relationships with various user groups
- Maintain building files and mail
- Attend meeting as required
- Groom turf as required
- Cover custodian duties during hours of scheduled shifts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Outline when supplies are needed
- Maintain over cleanliness of building; sweep, mop as required
- Greet facility users
- Relay information to the Secretary and Treasurer when issues arise
- Follow checklists before and after each shift
- Be the main point of contact with users during each shift

*Evenings/Weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
