**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish, manage, and motivate teams to run effective buying services. Including training, hiring, and disciplining of the team
- Establish and manage relationships between our vendors, all vehicle wholesale channels, and internal stakeholders to achieve our objectives while driving profitable revenue for the dealerships
- Ensure that all required reporting is accurate, timely, and constantly improving to allow for proper management and analysis of the operations
- Ensure control and security of all data created
- Monitor market trends and communicate findings to Senior Management and General Managers
- Develop and achieve vehicle purchase objectives that align with the company’s one-to-one strategy
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**
- A minimum of five years automotive management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively and build strong relationship with all levels in the organization
- The ability to create and maintain successful relationship with third party stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a wide and diverse team
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner that is consistent with the job function and aligned with the strategic goals of the OpenRoad Auto Group.
