Sometimes you would be working in the capacity of a Count Attendant and at other times you would be working in the capacity of a Count Supervisor. Reporting to the Cage & Count Manager, the Dual Count Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Count Team. This includes verifying, documenting, removing and reconciling counts/assets and monitoring the day-to-day activities of the count team. This position also ensures that the accurate counting of cash assets in the Count Room and the movement of cash assets from the Gaming Floor to the Cage is done. **What you’ll get to DO**
- Monitors count teams; provides input for employee performance objectives and evaluations
- Organizing and securing the storage of count carts, drop boxes, drop buckets and bill cartridges for count pulls
- Reporting suspect cash and cash equivalents as well as providing information for reporting purposes
- Verifying and reconciling before and after counts; responds to escalates, or resolves count issues
- Counting bills, coins, and cash equivalents, bagging, bundling, securing and transporting counts
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external guests through effective communication
- Complying with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed

**What you’ll need to be Successful**
- Must be at least 19 years of age or older
- The ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License through the provincial Gaming Authority Enforcement Branch
- Superior guest service skills with a “Make it Happen” attitude
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand, speak and write in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume cash handling & has working knowledge of computers
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, busy environment and the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
