**What This Job Entails**
Your time will be spent as Broker Assistant and half assisting the Administration Manager in day to day tasks.

Broker Assistant Tasks:

- Perform general administrative support functions to assist the broker
- Schedule meetings and have appropriate paperwork ready prior to, if applicable
- Keep track of your hours accordingly
- Collaborating and participating during meetings
- Prepare for monthly sales meetings
- Event Planning for Brokerage Social Events

Admin Assistant Tasks:

- Perform general administrative support functions to assist the Admin. Manager
- Assist with the onboarding of New Associates
- Other miscellaneous tasks that may be required

Hours are:
Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

(and extra as required and mutually agreed upon)

Starting Wage: $20+ Dependent on experience

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years real-estate assistant experience and relevant post-secondary education is an asset;
- Experience and Proficiency in sales is considered an asset;
- Experience and proficiency in using any of the following programs is considered an asset:

- Top producer, Survey Monkey, Infusionsoft, Dropbox, Kijiji, Paragon, LoneWolf/BrokerWolf
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and friendly "Customer First" attitude is essential.
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate on the status of assignments.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization, planning, and prioritizing skills
