**Responsibilities**:

- **Phone Skills**: Professionally manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, addressing inquiries and providing information to clients and partners with excellent communication skills.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Utilize strong customer service skills to assist in promoting Endurance Taekwondo programs and services, converting inquiries into enrollments, and contributing to overall member satisfaction.
- **Bookkeeping and Finance Support**: Assist with financial tasks such as basic bookkeeping, recording expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- **Operational Support**: Collaborate with different teams to streamline operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance overall productivity.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Accurately input data into relevant systems and prepare reports for management to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- **Schedule Management**: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain organized records and documentation to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
- **Team Coordination**: Foster effective communication and collaboration between various departments to ensure seamless operations.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Starting Pay**:$23.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Benefits (after 3 months)**:

- Monday to Friday (11:00am-7:30pm)
- Expected hours: 40 per week
