Founded in 1894 and located on a beautiful 22-acre campus in midtown Toronto, Canada, Havergal College is one of Canada’s pre-eminent independent schools for girls from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12. **The Position**:
The Manager, Experiential and Global Learning, reports directly to the VP, Experiential Education and Innovation, and works in collaboration and coordination with Forum for Change colleagues, as well as faculty and students in supporting the school’s strategic direction and supports student development of the 8 characteristics of the Portrait of a Havergal Graduate. They explore, develop and seek to grow global learning experiences at the local, national and international levels. They ensure robust support for the logistics and operations of implementing these experiences in Havergal’s Upper School. In carrying out the specific accountabilities, this role will lead the coordination and collaboration of global programming and Community Partnerships across the Upper School, working closely with the student life team. Bringing the lenses of People, Perspective, Partnership and Place, this role will work to build capacity in Havergal employees and students to live the values of the school: integrity, inquiry, courage and compassion.

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- This role is responsible for supporting the VP, EE & I in the development, management and growth of the Global Learning Project program
- This role is responsible for the development, management and growth of the international exchange program
- Managing the Community Partnership program and student fundraising and drive initiatives associated with those partnerships
- Exploring and expanding on existing programming in the Forum for Change
- Responsibility to communicate programming to broader community
- Supporting, as appropriate, the other programs of the Forum for Change:

- Manager, Learning Experiences with the Global Learning & Leading Diploma, Round Square, and UNESCO programming
- Collaborating with and supporting colleagues in the realm of Student Life and Experiential Education through the work of the Student Life Committee
- Supporting the guidance and leadership of the Forum for Change Prefect and Forum for Change council
- This role works closely with students and faculty in the development, implementation and evaluation of programming. They are also working with third-party partners and parents on external program offerings.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**
- Relevant university qualifications at the Bachelor level;
- A minimum of 3 years exemplary and related teaching experience;
- Experience in an independent school is an asset;
- Enthusiasm to work from the disposition of People, Partnership, Perspective and Place;

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management and communication skills;
