Customer Service and Administration

We are looking for a highly organized and dedicated Customer Service team member to help with client requests and general administrative tasks. Our company is a small, tight-knit business serving a niche market of clients in fabrication of materials and supplies to the Film and Entertainment Industries. This position is a part-time position, commencing July 2024.
Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities Include:
- Understanding the company’s product offerings, providing information to customers and completing quotes for rentals and small sales
- Providing general administrative support to the Sales and Rentals Team including data entry, freight management and other tasks
- Assisting in light accounting duties including coding of accounts, reconciliations and invoicing
- Picking up mail and delivering to appropriate staff members, preparing outgoing mail
- Ordering, receiving and storing office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
- Any other general office duties as required
- Positive, confident and an outgoing personality
- An excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Self-directed, able to manage periods of downtime and pressure
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of MS Office required and experience with accounting software (Sage 50/Simply Accounting) as asset
**Salary**: $22-26 per hour based on skills and experience.
Benefits: Extended medical / dental coverage provided after three (3) months of employment.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
