** Ignite Technical Resources **is looking for an
**Organizational Change Management Specialist Analyst** for a
**12 month contract **opportunity.

**Role**: This role is responsible for developing, implementing and advising on change management strategies and plans which include the following activities. This includes creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance to change. This role is responsible for collaborating with a broad team of business representatives, Subject Matter Experts and IT professionals to develop and implement the change management strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform and maintain ongoing updates to the change impact analysis (ie. scope of planned change, impacted audiences, readiness of organization to accept change, risk, etc.)
- Maintain and update the change management plans, including training and communications plans
- Document requirements and approach for the required training programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
- Collaborate with and support the design, development, delivery and management of internal communications with corporate communication team members.
- Collaborate with Public Relations and Marketing in their creation and execution of the external communications plan
- Develop targeted strategies to address the impacts of change on people, organization, process, tools and technology, leadership and management
- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and develop action plans to address them iteratively
- Will deliver Communication Plan (Internal and External), Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Change Impact Assessment and ongoing Role Impacts Plan, Employee Relations Plan, Training Plan

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree or recognized equivalent;
- Certification in Prosci or other change management methodology would be an asset;
- Project Management certification would be an asset.
- 10+ years of experience in Change management or related field with Experience in initiatives and organizational transformation involving comprehensive change activities
- Experience in leading organizations through transformation initiatives, with experience in transformation program.
- Experience in delivering change management within critical business operational environments
- Experience in influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-Suite
- Strong track record in positioning an organization to achieve tangible outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments and acknowledge and assume responsibility for work, actions and decisions
- Can convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in a manner that is easily understood, authoritative and actionable for the business
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability - able to work in ambiguous situations
- Takes the initiative and willingness to get things done
- self-starter, takes responsibility and ownership
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Promotes, facilitates coordination and cooperation among peers;, encourages team to drive for results, meet goals, creating new value for the organization by encouraging others' contributions
- Seeks to understand business needs, delivering prompt, efficient, quality service, anticipates, identifies end user needs; drives toward results and ensures high-quality standards are met
