**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external networks and professional organizations to attract top talent.- **Recruitment Strategy and Execution**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide tailored recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation, ensuring compliance with Starbucks policies and employment laws.
- Conduct post-interview debriefs, facilitate decision-making, and make competitive job offers.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Partner with internal teams, including HR generalists, business unit leaders, and functional managers, to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
- **Technology and Data Utilization**:
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and technology-based recruiting tools to streamline processes and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment activities.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuously improve strategies.
- **Special Initiatives**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Recruitment Expertise**:
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting, with success in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience recruiting for senior-level and complex roles, ideally in high-growth or technical industries.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in creating and implementing recruitment strategies that address current and future business needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Talent assessment expertise, including evaluating qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to support hiring decisions.
- **Tools & Technology**:
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), technology-based recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience leveraging data analytics to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- **Preferred Experience**:
- **Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.**
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and workforce planning as they relate to recruitment and talent development.
