- Provide technical support and coordination, managing project setup, documentation, and general administration (e.g., filing and archiving).
- Assist in contract administration and ensure adherence to codes and regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external teams, including consultants, subcontractors, and tenants.

**Construction**:

- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent by handling various tasks and minimizing their workload.
- Assist in project planning sessions and monitor progress through weekly updates.
- Update project budgets, schedules, and cost reports.
- Manage subcontractor relations, payments, and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in a construction-related field, such as Construction Management or Engineering.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, ideally in residential or multi-family construction.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of estimating, tendering, and contract management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of building codes in B.C. is a plus.
