seeking an **Executive** **Legal Assistant** to join our growing team in Halifax, Nova Scotia location.

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, the Executive Legal Assistant will provide administrative
support to a senior management team, working closely with our legal department. The Executive Legal
Assistant will assist the senior management team with day-to-day operations, including managing
calendars and meetings, preparing correspondence, reports and basic legal documents, tracking dates
and deadlines, proofreading work, managing paper and electronic files, and providing support on files
and projects.

a legal assistant or paralegal is preferred.

Your experience should be complemented by strong communication skills, capacity to take initiative, a
high attention to detail, and ability to manage time and competing priorities. You will ensure the
confidentiality of the files that you work on and possess the highest level of personal integrity.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite is considered an asset.
