Delbrook Group is a land developer and home builder with an in-house team of Architects and Engineers. Delbrook is specialized in in-fill projects, large-scale residential subdivision, low-rise developments.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to assist us with all urban planning functions within the land development. The role will be involved throughout all stages of planning and approvals of the job-sites and through the site servicing and delivering the project to the building group. A working background in this field is an asset.
- You will be part of a team to manage all the development from conception to construction.
- Involve in all development stages such as Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw Amendments, Secondary Plans, Site Plan Controls, Subdivision and Condominium Plans Approval
- Attend Public Consultation events, neighborhood information meetings, committee/council meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of concept plans, site plans, report graphics and coordinate with technical support staff
- 1-3 year related professional and progressive experience
- A planning degree or diploma
- Membership in OPPI
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

**Salary**: $55,788.29-$75,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- RICHMOND HILL, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
