**Halifax Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram** is seeking a **Dispatch Service Advisor** to join our growing team

At Halifax Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram you can work within the city limits, without the downtown commute, avoiding traffic of more central locations. Always free, unlimited, onsite parking and free EV charging stations. We are close to all major highways and nestled into the Bayer Lake Business Park, leaving you within minutes of all the major amenities.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Monitor and prioritize service requests, adapting to changing priorities and emergencies as they arise.
- Develop a basic understanding of the technical aspects to effectively communicate with both service advisors and service technicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned
- Assist in warranty related paperwork, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and submission.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications

**Requirements**:

- Ability to wear many different hats and a strong aptitude for working with people across multiple departments
- At least three years of customer service experience, previous experience in an Automotive role is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills: a good listener who can cultivate relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment
- Good organization and learning skills
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driver's abstract
