Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service. Your role will involve assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and coordinating repairs with our team of mechanics.

Pay based on experience, competitve wages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Communicate with mechanics to determine necessary repairs and provide cost estimates to customers
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Order parts from various suppliers
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within an automotive industry is an asset
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
